Dakotas under the gun today

The SPC has issued a Slight Risk from the Manitoba border south to Nebraska. The main risk with these storms will be large hail, but tornadoes cannot be ruled out, especially in northern South Dakota.

Update: no tornadoes on Sept. 22, but 2.5" hail reported in Jackson County, SD.
