Today's storm chase

It looks like the elements are coming together for a hit-and-miss chase today. The Storm Prediction Center has outlined a 5% tornado risk for much of Oklahoma this afternoon, based on chances of destabilization on the western edge of the line of precip that came through Oklahoma during the night. There should be some (hopefully discreet) low-topped supercells firing up with a propensity to rotate between the Oklahoma City metro and the Red River. Any tornadoes, however, should be isolated and short-lived, so the chances are fairly low of actually capturing one of these spin-ups on film. Here's hoping. Below is SPC's 1300 UTC tornado outlook.
