This may prove to be THE day of the season...heading north to Wichita and points east early in the afternoon. I expect storm initiation east of the Kansas Turnpike around 5 pm, possibly in the Winfield/Arkansas City/Ponca City corridor. I expect at least a couple of strong tornadoes today. I will post updates as events warrant.
