Major snowstorm in the Northeast

As everyone knows, a major and historic snowstorm has hit the northeast U.S., bringing record-setting snowfall to some areas. Preliminary totals include 16.4" in Washington, DC, 17.8" in Roanoke, Va., and 22.5" in Philadelphia (source: The Weather Channel).
