Well, the day after Election Day proved to be a potent day for severe weather in Oklahoma. I was very disappointed about being sidelined with a back injury, but tornadoes did not form after all. There was, however, widespread wind damage and hail covering the ground in many places to the point it looked like snow. I also witnessed egg-size hail just outside my home. Pretty crazy night. Sunday and Monday have some possibility in western Oklahoma and northwest Texas, but it remains to be seen how severe the activity can get.

On another note, the Balearic Islands off the Mediterranean coast of Spain were actually the place to be on Wednesday...
